flowers
some people are so lovely. i've had lovely supportive emails, texts and guestbook signings and now, I've come back from lunch and Jo who sits next to me has gone and bought me a little vase of flowers from M&S. They make my whole desk feel nicer and calmer.

Oh, and at C's last night we saw a couple having sex in the building opposite the kitchen window. Seeing someone else doing it, you know, for real and not in a porno, felt weird... and not a little pervy.
